Welcome to KERVELAN. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to KERVELAN.
KERVELAN operates this online store and website, including the related information, content, features, products and services made available through it (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate the Services.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced below, describe the terms that apply when you access, browse, or purchase from KERVELAN.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Services.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
By using the Services, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into a purchase transaction in your place of residence, or that you have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, creating an account, or communicating with us.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your use of the Services.
2. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, photographs, colors, materials, dimensions, and other product information as accurately as possible.
However, product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, natural material variation, or other factors.
Leather products may naturally vary in grain, texture, markings, tone, and the way they develop character over time. These natural variations are not necessarily defects.
Product availability, specifications, and pricing may change without notice where permitted by law.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order through KERVELAN, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory availability, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other material order problems.
If we are unable to fulfill an accepted order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and issue any applicable refund.
Please review your product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and other order details carefully before completing checkout.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices shown on the KERVELAN website are the prices applicable at the time of purchase, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.
The final amount payable will be displayed before you complete your order.
At present, KERVELAN accepts payment through PayPal.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for your purchase.
Discounts and promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and may change or end without notice where permitted by law.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
KERVELAN currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation, followed by an estimated transit time of 6–13 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping is not currently available.
Customers are not expected to pay additional import duties or customs charges upon delivery for eligible orders shipped to the destinations we currently serve.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, severe weather, transportation disruption, address issues, peak-season demand, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date the carrier marks the order as delivered, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For standard returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
KERVELAN does not currently offer direct exchanges. Customers who need a different size, color, or style may return an eligible item and place a new order after the applicable refund is approved.

7. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Certain manufacturing defects may be covered by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty.
The warranty applies subject to its stated coverage, exclusions, eligibility requirements, and claim procedures.
Nothing in our warranty terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact KERVELAN as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it will generally be handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The KERVELAN name, branding, logos, original photography, graphics, text, product content, layouts, website design, and other original materials displayed through the Services are owned by or licensed to KERVELAN and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks, technology, content, or materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit protected KERVELAN content without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, PayPal, shipping providers, analytics services, social media platforms, and other service providers.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and operating practices.
KERVELAN does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their independent policies, availability, or content to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which processes certain information necessary to provide and support the ecommerce Services.

Occasionally, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty, and other policies referenced through the Services, form the applicable terms governing your use of KERVELAN.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of KERVELAN, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply in the customer's place of residence.
