Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

KERVELAN currently offers Free Standard Shipping to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.

Shipping availability and estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout.

At this time, shipping is not available to:

• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• American Samoa
• Northern Mariana Islands
• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Tracking

Once your order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.

Please allow approximately 24–48 hours for tracking information to begin updating in the carrier’s system.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery window, occasional delays may occur due to:

• carrier operations;
• customs processing;
• severe weather;
• peak-season demand; or
• other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customs and Import Charges

For eligible U.S. shipments, applicable import clearance and duties are handled through our shipping service where applicable.

Customers should generally not be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery for eligible shipments.
